Objective:
As CCTNS is operational since 2013 in Assam the progress of digitization of IIF 1- 5, Case Diary, Registers
and Paperless citizen services needs coordinated effort for improvement. Districts are constantly being
apprised through various means to take necessary measures so that Assam Police may migrate from manual
policing to digital platform. As desired and directed by DGP Assam, the feedback is required to be submitted
by District SPs by 1st April 2017.
Please answer the below queries:

1. Are you aware that CCTNS System is capable of registering Case Diary, Crime Detail (IIF-2),
Arrest/ Surrender (IIF-3), Property Seizure (IIF-4), Charge-Sheet/FR (IIF-5), 47 registers used in PS
other than GD & FIR(IIF-1)? (Tick)
