Be comfortable to our user In all likelihood, Ken will be using this product quite often therefore the
device must be comfortable in his hand.
Increase functionality of his hand We must make a product that can increase function in Kens hands
because were trying to make his life easier in some way.
Be durable Ken must have a product that wont break because he needs something
thatll last him a long time.
Be light and compact The product should be easy to store when not in use, and should be easy
to put on and take off.
