My reflection Week 3 & 4

In this reflection I will be explaining what I have done on the first paragraph and what I have
learned in the second paragraph.

First reflection

a. I faced difficulty in the following work task, I was asked to create a management
account for a new company that was registered one year ago and its the
companys first financial period, every entry needs to be created from scratch
in excel, the full time staff explained to me step by step, but the task was just
too difficult for me and I just sat at my desk trying to do the task for a long time
and finally went up to her and said that I didnt really understand, she give a
reference from another company and I was able to finish the task but it really
took me a while.

b. From this I learn that its better to ask if you didnt know how to do and ask for
help then to just sit down trying to figure out how to do a task for a long time
and get nothing done.

Second reflection

a. Last week Friday the manger all seem busy and they were asking me to copy
and pint out a lot of paper, I was asked to do a lot of task and the other intern
as well, but when its 6 pm and its time to go off all the intern left but I stayed
and ask if they needed help and I OT on that day but I felt that I didnt do well
because I was rushing to go home and all the task that I had done was full of
careless mistake

b. From this I learn that I should never rush anything I should always remain claim
and collected when doing anything, if I rush and make a lot of mistake and
waste time to correct the mistake I would rather use that time to do slowly and
give a good impression
