B.Sc.in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
Qualification
Essential 6-7 years experience in similar field with at least 7-8 years in a manufacturing industry and 3-4
Experience years in a Managerial role.
Profile Description This role is accountable for conducting overall SMS Electrical Operation& Maintenance activities in
Factory.
Key Functional Activities
Responsibilities 1. Prepare preventive maintenance schedule of electrical equipment in the plant.
2. Assess maintenance needs of all electrical equipment.
3. Ensure effective maintenance of electrical equipment through regular monitoring of
maintenance activities.
4. Prepare schedule for any shut-down required for preventive maintenance of electrical
equipment
5. Ensure timely breakdown maintenance as required.
6. Coordinate with support functions for any other electrical maintenance required in the
plant
7. Manage attendance and leave of Reportees
8. Maintain Store inventory that no shortage of spare part of equipment.

Coordination
1. Coordinate with Additional Managing Director, factory head, for implementing PDB
Shutdown and line maintenance.
2. Coordinate with factory inter department head regarding their demand and issues.

People Management

1. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and maintaining a safe, secure, and
Legal work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
2. Develop Reportees by providing them appropriate training and coaching opportunities.
3. Provide career and performance support to Reportees.
4. Manage attendance and leave of Reportees.
5. Manage counselling and grievances of Reportees
6. Ensure appropriate allocation of workload to Reportees to enable work-life balance

Profile Description This role is accountable for conducting respective shift to organize Electrical support in Factory.
Key Functional Activities
Responsibilities 1. Monitor adherence to planned maintenance activities
2. Maintain checklist of all electrical equipment
3. Maintain daily log book of all electrical maintenance
4. Coordinate with the production for any break down maintenance of electrical
equipment that may be required
5. Manage attendance and leave of report

Coordination
1. Coordinate with Departmental head for Electrical initiatives for the factory.
2. Coordinate with SMS Production, Mechanical Shift incharge infavor of production.

People Management
1. Develop Reportees by providing them appropriate instructions.
2. Provide instructions to Reportees for implementing daily activities of their shift.
3. Manage Shift counseling and grievances of Reportees.
4. Ensure appropriate allocation of workload to Reportees to enable work-life balance.
