A- Good morning everyone! My name is Angelique Munoz and I am your

competency assessor for BPPNC2.
B- I would like to acknowledge the tesda rep.
C- You do not have to worry their presence they are here to oversee the
conduct of assessment and to check of the conduct assessment is in
accordance with prescribe competency assessment methodology and
procedure.
D- Before we start please submit your admission slip.
E- As I call your name please acknowledge by raising your hand and
sign the attendance sheet.
F- I have here with me your Accomplish application form with self
assess guide. This is an indication that you know and can perform all
unit of competency enumerated for BPP ncII.
G- I would like to welcome you all in our training center for your
assessment for BPP NC II
H- The purpose of our assessment for BPP NC II is for you to
determined the level of your competency
I- Today I am going to administer competency assessment for BPP
NCII
J- The qualification for BPP NCII is composed of Common basic and
Core competencies.For our Core competenciea qwe have

1. Present and produce bakery product

2. Present and Produce pastry product

3. Prepare and present gateaux, tortes and cakes
4. Prepare and display petit four,
5. Presnt desserts
K. The different task to be performed for our BPP NC II are the following
:
1. Present and served plated dessert
2. Plan prepare and present buffet selection of plating
3. Store and package dessert

M. We will collect evidences through demo oral and written
N. To determined your knowledge for BPP NC II the assessment
method will be demo, oral and written. This assessment methods can
help to measure your under pinning knowledge and skills
O. For your personal needs the lavatory is located at the end of the
hallway
P. However you are not allowed to leave the assessment center
Q. If you have difficulties understanding the given instruction, please do
not hesitate to ask or inform me because I am willing to help you.
R. If you have concerns questions or clarifications with some important
matters regarding the assessment you may raise your hands
because I am willing to help you.
S. But once the assessment has started, please refrain from asking
questions it is no longer allowed .
T. In case you have any question regarding the assessment result , you
have the right to appeal , you can submit your appeal to the test of
provincial office where the assessor and training center are
accredited.
U. For the issuance of NC the AC manager shall inform you where you
can claim your NC within five working days after the assessment
V. After the assessment and you are found not to be competent dont
worry about it because you can be re assess anytime at your own
convenience .
W. In case the re assessment is full qualification you have to undergo the
whole assessment process .If you are found to be competent in some
unit of competency the assessment shall focused in the unit of
competency where, you were found to be not competent
X. Also, if you failed two consecutive assessment you will be advised to
undergo a refresher course before applying for re assessment .
Y. During the actual assessment please observe d safety as you
perform different task , first aid cabinet is locate at ____
Z. With regard s to the result of your assessment , we observe strict
confidentiality, this is to endure you r integrity the result is only made
available and authorized personnel and to the institution where you
had your actual training .
