Let me introduce my team: she is Valentina Fuentes, he is Matias Mndez, she is Krisna Acevedo and I
am Mariana Villarroel, we are students of civil engineering at the Universidad catolica del Maule and If
there are any questions youd like to ask, please leave them until the end, when Ill do my best to answer

Introducing your presentation
Well, if we look at the economic development of the country over the years, one of the main factors that
this development has had is the growth rate of automobiles (as we can see in this graph) that Chileans
currently own. The motorization cup increases mainly by a variable:
Based on the increase in the motorization rate, there is a need to create physical spaces where vehicles
can park for any indeterminate time. These spaces are called parking lots, but designing and developing
these require several calculations that are careful for planning and organization.
Create a safe environment that is not only effective but also functional, begins with the analysis of different
factors:
- The number of parking spaces available in the area
- The dimensions of the parking
- The characteristics of users (vehicles and pedestrians)

In conclusion the vast majority can be kept together (employer with students), also that if we separate
the parking lots we should bear in mind that many times it can happen that in the civil service sector there
is an empty parking lot that could serve for some student or otherwise student parking with respect to the
parking of the employer.

First, our proposal is creative because is innovative, original and useful In addition, it is able of generating
a good final result and its characterized by its adaptability and the possibility of realization.
