AFFIDAVIT

I, Madonna Spears, of legal age and resident of 0012 Moonstone

St., Palao, Iligan City having been duly sworn, depose and say:

I am a currently working as a Judge of Branch 2,

Regional Trial Court in the City of Iligan and a Professor in
the College of Law of Mindanao State University Iligan
Extension Class;

That I have known then Atty. Aika Wurtzback since

she was one of my former students in the College of Law;

As such, I was one of the Principal Sponsors in her

matrimonial ceremony with Dr. Daniel Matsunaga;

Being a Principal Sponsor, I was assigned to take

one of the seats at the presidential table;

That I have never seen a single flower nor a simple

dcor on the said table.

That I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth

of the foregoing circumstances.
