Tax assistance
 All the accounting records shall be made accessible for the timely preparation of
returns needed to be filed to proper governmental bodies.

For the above services, a monthly retainer fee of P9,000.00 shall be billed to you.
On the annual filing of ITR to BIR and SEC, a one time fee of P5,000.00 per
company or a total of P15,000.00 shall be billed to you every April of each year. A
separate billing will be given on special projects not covered in the above services.
