TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Price: The price quoted are each F.O.B., Indian Port.

Delivery: Within 14-16 weeks from the date of receipt of confirmed purchase order along with advance payment.
Country of Origin: INDIA
Packing Charge: Moulds, Panel Boad, Motors, Gear Boxes and Sheet Metal components will be packed in wooden boxes.We shall charge 4% of the
quoted FOB price for export seaworthy packing.
Payment Terms: 50 % advance amount payable by T.T. and balance 50% payment payable by TT against pro-forma invoice after inspection of the
machinery/equipment at our works, or by 100% confirmed & irrevocable letter of credit to be opened in favour of
M/s. Roto Master (India) by any first class European Bank which is to be confirmed by any international bank in India.
The LC should permit the following.

● Letter of Credit shall be payable at sight.

● Any restriction for negotiating bank.
● Partial Shipment & Reimbursement by Telex or SWIFT.

Cancellation of Once the order for machinery/moulds/spares are placed will not be cancelled for any reason, however, in case of cancellation of the
Order: order, the entire advance amount shall be forfeited.
Freight: Will be extra as applicable as per separate offer or quotation.
Insurance: Transit Insurance to be covered by you at your risk and cost.
Validity of Our pro-forma invoice/quotation/offer, will be valid for 30 days from the date of this offer. Any extension thereafter will be
our Offer: subject to our written confirmation only.
Installation & If required, we will provide services of supervision of installation and commissioning at actual cost for a maximum period of twenty
Commissioning: days. The customer will have to arrange to & fro free Air travel from Ahmedabad (India) to the destination. Other conveyance
expenses, lodging, boarding, local transportation, medical & insurance for our visiting personnel for the period of their stay.
In addition, you have to pay US$ 20 per day per person, who are traveling.
Inspection: At our works after intimation of readiness of machine / equipments. Any sample production of any article from the mould shall be
charged extra as actual. Inspection of machinery includes machine function only and not the trial production at our works.
Shipment: Part shipment should be allowed in case of multiple transshipment as it is a normal international shipping practice when the
containers are on route especially when no direct route exists to port of destination.
Training: We can provide free of cost training for the maximum period of seven days for two persons at our works, Ahmedabad for complete
operation and maintenance during the final operational trial of ordered machine / equipment. However, other expenses like hotel
stay, conveyance, lodging, boarding etc would be to the customer's account. Only the training will be imparted free of cost.
Force Majeure: We shall be under no liability for delay in delivery, if we or our vendors are prevented from discharging our respective obligations
under the contract for causes beyond our control including but not limited to war (whether declared or not), invasion acts of
enemies, hostilities, riots, civil commotion, labour disturbances, strikes, lockout, layoffs, mutiny, insurrection rebellion, revolution,
epidemics, accidents, sabotage, fire, floods, earthquakes, government orders and restrictions.legal enactments, lack of transport
facilities, interruption or restrictions in power supply, damages and breakdown of plant machineries and equipments or any other act
of god / nature.
General: Any conditions or any other matters relating this quotation not expressly stipulated will be matter of mutual discussion and
agreement at the time of as and when required. If an order is placed, all the above conditions of sale stand automatically accepted
by buyer.

The seller and buyer unconditionally agree for all arbitration proceeding, which may arise in respect of transaction in question
courts at Ahmedabad (India) shall alone have exclusive jurisdiction and no other court whatsoever
Special We fabricate moulds considering the LLDPE Roto Moulding grade material and considered shrinkage value 2.5% while fabrication
Instruction: of moulds. There may be ± 2% variation in the mould dimensions. We are not responsible for mould releasing, if improper material
or poor quality material to be used by the buyer
