Ask about the title of the book and the author's name (if it exists)

Independent Reading- Students read the text aloud, independently. Teacher to listen in

individually.
Returning to the text: After all students have completed the independent read, as a group check
student understanding through questioning.

After reading the book each student will share a new word that they read today or a word that they did
not understand. student takes a worksheet Contains a questions about the book (title, author, words
able to read easily ,Characters ,Place ,the problem ,The solution ) Writing a very small summary of the
book (for high level ) and drawing the best part of the story (for lower level)
