group, spelling group, RAZ kids group, target book group, comprehension group)

Try to give the students a firsthand experience in relation to the text.
Introduce the unfamiliar words that the students will come across (have images that they can
relate to where possible). Read aloud and have them repeat. Discuss the meaning of these
words. Where possible. Share the learning outcome and the focus for the group. Model reading
the first page.
Distribute the students in their groups (red, yellow, orange, blue and green)

After reading the book each student will share a new word that they read today or a word that they did
not understand. student takes a worksheet Contains a questions about the book (title, author, words
able to read easily ,Characters ,Place ,the problem ,The solution ) Writing a very small summary of the
book (for high level ) and drawing the best part of the story (for lower level)
