I am writing to express my interest in the vacancy available to be part of the Americas BPS sales
support team, I have always been passionate about customer service and I feel that by joining
your team I could make the most of my communication skills and increase your sales with them.

I am currently studying business administration at the University of Antioquia (8th semester), this
University has given me the opportunity to acquire many technical skills that are necessary to
performed well in your company. I am backed by the best education given to me by the university
and the teachers. I am an ethical person, who acts under his principles, very responsible with my
duties and committed to my profession.

Nowadays, I am the emphasis line of the career, which is entrepreneurship, but I am a Technician
in Documentation and Accounting Operations register from SENA. As you can see in my CV, I have
worked as an administrative assistant in CENOR S.A. that is a hardware store. In SENOR. In this
company, I dedicated myself to make sales reports, inventory reports, unpaid bill collector, during
my time in the company, I was awarded with many achievements for my good performance in
customer service and responsibility with my duties.

I believe that with my experience as an administrative assistant can contribute a lot to your team, I
am a team player and I could face adverse situations. I have advanced skills in Microsoft Office
tools and inventory software. Finally, I am a responsible person with my duties.
