V5 | Or Product Features High Quality Power Input By phase shifting of the secondary winding and mult pulke diode rectilier, isolated powers can be acquied and supplied for power cells. (36 pulses for 6.5K, 54 pubes for 11kV) By using the technique of mulltpulse rectifier, the harmonic cunent could be eliminated greatly. The Features of Nearly Perfect Power Output The technique of power cell seties connecting (namely multiple power cell structure} applied in MV510 general medium voltage VED greatly eliminates the output hat nonic content , the oulpul wavet a perfect sine waveform|see Figure 2.and Figure 3). Compared with other high voltage and high power VFDs, it has the following advantage: m is almost No need of exta output fitering device Dilly riving the general high voltage synchronous or ‘asynchronous motor and the temperature of the motor wil not be Increased No need of motor derating operation Ne dvfat damage to insulation of motor and cable No forue Fipple Induced by harmonics, and the service ite ‘of motors and mechanism devices can be exlended No cable length limited when voltage cop tin the allowable range: The simple configuration for running standard high vollage motors directly rea ss highly efficient operation with minimal loss due to no input / output voltage tansformers Wave Stacking Technology in Series and Power Design The MV5I0 general medium vollage VED is an equipment for uso with high voltage {synchronous or asynchronous} AC motor speed regulation. The MV VFD adopts power cells connecting in series topo ogy and wave stacking method, well developed technique and reliable devices. i has selinnovated SVPWM control srateay with advantages of high control accuracy, fast response and greater than 98% VED elficiency; Chinese/Englsh LCD display: modular design of power cel, convenient to main tain; wide input voltage scope meets the demand of power network: AVR (automatic vollage regulo- fof] and low output voltage to prevent damage to motor isolation trom over-voltage and reduce the motor loss without load raise output vollage & output torque during low frequency running; rotating speed (tly) start function and transient power loss function, mee! the continuous production requie~ ment; no pollution to grid network and has high power factors. a | es V5) 0 The power supply input and output of MVS10 general medium voltage VFD meet the most stringent IEEE $19-1992 and GB/T14549-1993, no need of independent input filter; the cost for harmonic elimination is saved for customers, Because of the high power factor of the system, the compensation device for power factor is not needed, thus the reactive input and the input capacity are teduced, and the cost for capacity increasing of power nelwork is minimized. Besides the above advantages, the MV510 general medium voltage VFD has the following functions and features : Protection of overload and over-current Protection of open-phase and grounding Protection of over-voltage: Ovetheat protection Current limited function Interlock protection of control power supply Two sets of control power for redundancy Power cell by-pass function (optional) Cabinet door opening alarm function Lock-phase function Synchronizing switch function belween variable trequency and work frequency Soft start of motors, no impact fo mechanical equipment and network High etfiency: greater than 98% VED elficiency under tated work condition Power cell communicate with controller through optic fber, completely electric isolated Buillin PID regulator to realize the closed-loop control, ‘Multiple communication methods with host computer, isolated RS485 interface, stanclard MODBUS RTU communication protocol, PROFIBUS DP (optional, industrial Ethernet communication protocol optional) Accurately fauil records t \quie information and locate fault Compact construction, reasonable layout (can do customer-design) HMI with Powerful Function: + Systematic Control on Touch Panel (F.4) © Recordable 10 trips © Monitor & Control for Temperature & Status of Power Cell Unil(F.5)» Password setting © Monitor & Control for Operational Status (F-4) © Remote Control © Operation Function Test by Using Low Voltage(F.6} » Emergency Stop Fa Fb =z MV510 Product Structure ke Tesi co) et thm Oe iA Isolated Transformer: Suppling indepent phase-shitt power for power cells from secondary mull-winding greatly improve the current waveform of side. network, and reduce the harmonic pollution of the atid network.
