Literacy Lesson Plan

Literacy Lesson Plan for Emergent Reader:


Bobby did really well with his retelling assignment and scored 12 points. He struggled a bit on the
rhyming part of the assessment by only receiving 6 out of the 9 possible points. Then we moved onto the
beginning sounds which he was able to get all of the correct on the first try. Spelling and pre-primer words is
where he struggled the most. But then only recognized half of his lowercase letters and a little over half of his
upper case letters. And then his concept of word and letter sounds were not too developed as well.
