Observe more lessons


Preparedness: How does the teacher make sure the students are prepared
for the day?
When they set in circle carpet and being quite.
Pace and flow: How does s/he make sure all students are involved and
attentive?
When they discuss with her.
Transitions: How does s/he get student attention? Keep their attention and
move to the next task?
Song with them and they already know how to move.
Behaviour: How does s/he deal with misbehavior?
When they misbehave they sit back.
Encouragement: How does s/he interact with students/as a group/individually
e.g. praise, self-confidence, humour, support
When the answering correctly and she was saying excellent and good job.
