Tijuana Miguel Angel Rodriguez Bravo, aka 'Popeye' found murdered. He was originally
arrested in connection with the murder of child, Jonathan Eduardo Valdez Garcia, three days
ago. Popeye was released because he was a witness. On Thursday morning, he was found
murdered. The other two arrested in the murder were Jose Omar 'El Perro', and Jesus Flores
Flores, 'El Tribi'. The gunmen fired on a house, killing the child and wounding his mother.
