NIGHT MARKETS
Night markets are different in Asia than they are in America

In America, we usually have it annually, biannually, quarterly, etc.

But in Asia, night markets go on every night. Theyre usually open air plazas with
little stands everywhere selling things such as trinkets and snacks or drinks,
sometimes even clothing.

In America, us Asian American Pacific Islanders, especially in San Diego sometimes love
going out late at night to In-n-out for those burgers and fries, McDonalds for their
broken ice cream machines, or Tacos El Gordo for some Mexican food.

In Asia, many of the local juveniles love to go out to the street stalls at the night
markets for a little late night snack, where all different kinds of food are packed in
one area, and you wont have to walk too far to try something different.

Depending where you are, these night markets will sell different kinds of food because
sometimes the stalls will have their own little secret style or recipe of a food people
might not be able to find anywhere else!

Some foods sold at Asian night markets are stinky tofu, Asian sausages, prawns, Asian
style pancakes, barbeque skewers
Here are some things that different countries might sell at their night markets
China
Youtiao (Chinese fried dough)
Dumplings
Steamed buns
Taiwan

Bubble tea
Taiwanese sausage
Korea
Mandu (dumpling)
Korean fried chicken
