Throughout time there has been different opinions about the purpose of the zoos
in society. Meanwhile some people believe zoos have educative intentions in
humans life, there are some others who think those places are just to entertain
people. In my opinion, zoos should be closed due to the fact zoos have stolen
animals' rights, they offer a poor diet; besides animales are treated such as
products.

First, zoos have taken posetion of animals' right to have good habitat where they
can live correctly. Most of the animals, who are in zoos, are not living with all the
material comforts which in their natural enviorment they could have. In other
words, animals in zoos are living in wrong spaces because they can not walk or
develop their normal activities. Besides, most of the times zoos do not offer the
same weather as the animlas' habitas. For intstance, a lion, who used to live in a
bigger and hotter place such as Africa, is forced to modify his way of life and stay
in a "jail".

Second, zoos may not know how to keep a balance diet for animals. Although
most of veterinary surgeon should know, humans do not know everything about
the animals' lifestyle. In addition, the majority of zoos have a different among of
animals and it allows the specialize cannot pay attention to each one of the
animals. For example, the giraffes usually eat better in rainy season due to the
fact foos abound in this time. But, there are some zoos where giraffes just get
feed in a specific time of the day.
Third, animals have just been treated for get more economical benefits. The
majority of the people, who visit a zoo, spend a big amount of money just to go
inside of the zoo. Then, people should pay -extra money- if they want a picture
with the animal or even feed one of them. Those activities are providing
