TROPOSPHERE

It is the layer where we live.

It is the lower layer.
It contains the air that we breathe.
Weather phenomena ; clouds, precipitation, wind and lighting, occur in this layer.

STRATOSPHERE

It contains very little oxygen.

It contains the ozone layer that protects us from the harmful rays of the sun.

MESOSPHERE

It is the coldest layer.

Meteors and shooting stars burn up in this layer.

THERMOSPHERE

It is the hottest layer.
