STATEMENT
About approval of a new station

Based on the decision N0 272/QD-VTP-HT approved on

19/05/2015 about the promulgation of the rents norm of Viettel
Peru;
Based on the plan of deployment of a network infrastructure of
stations in Peru;
Based on the actual situation of Branch Junn;
Branch Junn proposed a approvement for 01 new points of BTS :
JUN0091B3U4.
The process of contract negotiation:
- Stage 1: March 23, 2017; Miguel Pacheco collaborator of
infrastructure of the branch visit to the point, for verification of
the area for the installation of pole of 11 m for the extension to
install.
- Stage 2: March 25, 2017; Miguel Pacheco collaborator, check
again another point, and Mr. Tuan of Radio Department accepts
the position. In order to obtain the respective authorization the
workers of the Muncipality of San Jose de Quero stated that it
must present file, for obtain the respective authorization.
- After two rounds of negotiations, the Muncipality of San Jose
de Quero accept the installation of JUN0091B3U4 - post 11m
for the extension, always when Viettel Peru SAC will present
the respective file according.
 1. Proposal approval of unit price :
- Respectfully request Board of Directors and departments
approval price for rents station JUN0091B3U4 is 0 soles, in
addition it the Muncipality of San Jose de Quero authorizes to
perpetuity install pole of 11 m.
- This position is the radio Dept. was accepted and have the
lowest rents in the area.
2.Location:
Proposal approved address, coordinates, altitude house/land and
the type of construction for the station JUN0091B3U4 as attached
appendix.
Respectfully request the Board of Directors, the functional
departments for approval.
This memorandum shall be prepared in 4 copies, one for each
part.
