1. Introduction

5. Overview

6. Operation
Place the scale on a flat, steady vibration-free surface.
Always place the weight in the centre of the balance (indicated with
) and wait until the measurement is stabilized, indicated by a circle
in the display before reading the value.
Use the On/Off button to switch on the scale. After initialization, the
LCD display shows the stable measurement indication and the zero
weight indication.
Select the desired weighing unit (gram, carat, pennyweight or grains)
by pressing on the mode button. The selected unit is shown on the
display.
Place the weight on the balance. Wait until the measurement is
stabilized, and read the weight on the display.
When tare needs to be subtracted, place the tare weight on the scale
and wait until the measurement is stabilized. Press the tare button to
reset the scale to zero; the word ZERO is indicated on the display.
The relative measurement option allows using multiples of a basic
weight in stead of the weight itself.
To use the relative measurement option, place a basic weight on the
scale, and press and hold the counting button until the word PCS
appears. With the mode button the count can be set to 25 50 75 or
100 (%). Store the selection by pressing the counting button again.

Examples:
When the basic weight is set to 100 PCS, removing weight until the
display shows 75 (%) means that 3/4th of the basic weight is now on
the scale.
When the basic weight is set to 25 PCS, adding weight until the display
shows 50 means that on the scale is two times the basic weight.
Adding weight until the display shows 100 means that the basic weight
times 4 is now on the scale.
Quit the relative measurement mode by switching the scale off and on.
Note that the scale has an auto-power off function. The scale will switch
off after 30 seconds when no activity is detected.
To calibrate the scale, a weight of exactly 500g (or 2500 carat,
321.5075 pennyweight or 7716, 1792 grains) is needed.
Press and hold the mode button until the word CAL flashes. Put down
the calibration weight and wait until the word PASS appears. The scale
is now calibrated. Remove the weight.

7. Battery
To replace the battery, slide away the battery cover on the back of the
scale.
Replace the old battery with 2 new AAA size batteries (LR03C). Make
sure to use the correct polarity.
Close the battery compartment by sliding the battery cover back in
place.
Remove the battery when the device is not in use for a long time.
Do not recharge batteries and do not throw in fire as they may explode.
WARNING: handle batteries with care, observe warnings on
battery casing. Dispose of batteries in accordance with local
regulations.
Keep the battery away from children.

1. Inleiding

6. Gebruik
Plaats de weegschaal op een egaal en stabiel oppervlak.
Schakel de weegschaal in met de aan-uitschakelaar. Na enkele
seconden geeft de display aan dat de uitlezing gestabiliseerd is en toont
het nulgewicht.
Selecteer de weegeenheid (gram, karaat, pennyweight of grains) met
toets. De eenheid verschijnt op de display.
Plaats het object in het midden van het plateau (op ) en wacht tot de
uitlezing gestabiliseerd is (aangeduid door de cirkel).
Bepaal het tarragewicht door op toets te drukken. ZERO verschijnt op
de display.
De relatieve weging gebruikt veelvouden van een referentiegewicht in
plaats van het eigenlijke gewicht.
Plaats het referentiegewicht op het plateau en houd de toets voor
stuktelling ingedrukt tot PCS verschijnt. Selecteer het veelvoud (25,
50, 75 of 100 %) met modustoets. Bewaar de instelling door toets
opnieuw in te drukken.

Voorbeeld:
Bij een referentiegewicht van 100 PCS, verwijder gewicht tot de
display 75 (%) weergeeft. Dit betekent dat van het
referentiegewicht op het plateau ligt.
Bij een referentiegewicht van 25 PCS, voeg gewicht toe tot de display
50 weergeeft. Dit betekent dat er nu tweemaal zo veel gewicht op het
plateau ligt. Voeg gewicht toe tot de display 100 weergeeft om
viermaal zo veel gewicht op het plateau te verkrijgen.
Verlaat de relatieve meting door de weegschaal uit te schakelen.
De weegschaal schakelt na 30 seconden automatisch uit.
IJk de weegschaal met een ijkgewicht van EXACT 500 g (of 2500
karaat, 321,5075 pennyweight of 7716,1792 grains). Houd de
modustoets ingedrukt tot CAL op de display flitst. Plaats nu het
ijkgewicht op het plateau tot PASS verschijnt. De weegschaal is nu
geijkt. Verwijder het gewicht.

7. De batterijen
Open het batterijvak door het dekseltje achteraan naar buiten toe te
schuiven.
Plaats twee nieuwe AAA-batterijen. De polaritiet staat in het batterijvak
aangeduid.
Verwijder de batterijen na gebruik.
Herlaad geen alkalinebatterijen. Gooi batterijen nooit in het vuur.

LET OP: Volg de richtlijnen op de verpakking van de batterijen.

Houd de batterijen buiten bereik van kinderen.

6. Emploi
Placer la balance sur une surface plate et stable.
Allumer la balance en enfonant linterrupteur marche/arrt. Aprs
initialisation, lafficheur indique un affichage stabilis et une charge
zro.
Slectionner lunit de pesage (grammes, carats, pennyweight ou
grains) avec la touche mode. Lunit est indique sur lafficheur.
Placer lobjet au centre du tablier (sur ) et attendre jusqu ce que
lafficheur soit stabilis.
Dterminer le poids tare avec la touche tare. Lindication ZERO est
affich.
Le pesage relatif permet de comparer un objet pes avec un poids de
rfrence.
Placer lobjet peser au centre du tablier et maintenir enfonc la touche
jusqu ce que PCS saffiche. Slectionner le multiple (25, 50, 75 ou
100 %) avec la touche. Mmoriser la slection en enfonant la touche.

Exemples :
Poids de rfrence 100 PCS slectionn : retirer du poids du tablier
jusqu ce que 75 (%) saffiche. Le tablier contient du poids de
rfrence.

tablier jusqu ce que 50 (%) saffiche. Le tablier contient le double
du poids de rfrence.
Quitter le mode de pesage relatif en teignant la balance.
La balance steint automatiquement aprs un dlai de 30 secondes.
talonner la balance avec un poids dtalonnage dEXACTEMENT 500 g
(ou 2500 carats, 321,5075 pennyweight ou 7716,1792 grains).
Maintenir enfonc la touche mode jusqu ce que CAL clignote.
Placer le poids dtalonnage sur le tablier et patienter jusqu ce que
PASS saffiche. La balance est prsent talonne. Retirer le poids
du tablier.

7. Les piles
Ouvrir le compartiment des piles en glissant le couvercle vers
lextrieur.
Insrer deux piles type R03 en respectant la polarit.
Retirer les piles de la balance aprs usage.
Ne jamais recharger des piles alcalines. Ne pas jeter des piles au feu.

ATTENTION : Observer les directives sur lemballage des piles.

Tenir les piles hors de la porte des enfants.

6. Uso
Ponga la balanza en una superficie plana y estable.
Active la balanza al pulsar el interruptor ON/OFF. Despus del uso, la
pantalla indica una visualizacin estabilizada y una carga cero.
Seleccione la unidad de pesado (gramos (g), quilates (ct), pennyweight
(dwt) y granos (gn)) con el botn mode. La unidad est indicada en la
pantalla.
Ponga el objeto en el medio de la balanza (en ) y espere hasta que la
pantalla se haya estabilizado.
Determine el peso tara con el botn tare. La indicacin ZERO se
visualiza.
La medicin relativa permite comparar un objeto pesado con un peso de
referencia.
Ponga el objeto que quiere pesar en el medio de la balanza y mantenga
pulsado el botn hasta que PCS se visualice. Seleccione el mltiplo
(25, 50, 75 100 %) con el botn. Guarde la seleccin al pulsar el
botn.

Ejemplos:
Peso de referencia 100 PCS seleccionado: quite peso de la balanza
hasta que 75 (%) se visualice. La balanza contiene del peso de
referencia.
Peso de referencia 25 PCS seleccionado: aada peso en la balanza
hasta que 50 (%) se visualice. La balanza contiene el doble del peso
de referencia.
Salga del modo de medicin relativa al desactivar la balanza.
La balanza se desactiva automticamente despus de un tiempo de
30 segundos.
Calibre la balanza con un peso de calibracin de EXACTAMENTE 500 g
(o 2500 ct, 321,5075 dwt o 7716,1792 gn). Mantenga pulsado el botn
mode hasta que CAL parpadea. Ponga el peso de calibracin en la
balanza y espere hasta que PASS se visualice. Ahora, la balanza
est calibrada. Quite el peso de la balanza.

7. Las pilas
Abra el compartimiento de pilas al deslizar la tapa hacia el exterior.
Introduzca dos pilas AAA. Respete la polaridad.
Saque las pilas de la balanza despus del uso.
Nunca recargue pilas alcalinas. No eche las pilas al fuego.

6. Anwendung
Stellen Sie die Waage auf einer flachen und stabilen Oberflche auf.
Schalten Sie die Waage mit dem EIN/AUS-Schalter ein. Nach einigen
Sekunden zeigt das Display an, dass die Anzeige stabilisiert ist und zeigt
die Nulllast an.
Whlen Sie die Maeinheit (g, ct, dwt oder gn) mit der Mode-Taste. Die
Einheit erscheint im Display.
Stellen Sie den Gegenstand in der Mitte Waage (auf ) en warten Sie
bis die Anzeige stabilisiert ist.
Bestimmen Sie das Taragewicht indem Sie die Tare-Taste drcken.
ZERO erscheint im Display.
Die relative Messung verwendet Vielfache eines Referenzgewichts statt
dem eigentlichen Gewicht.
Stellen Sie das Referenzgewicht auf die Waage und halten Sie die Taste
fr Stckzhlung gedrckt bis PCS erscheint. Whlen Sie das Vielfache

(25, 50, 75 oder 100 %) mit der Mode-Taste. Speichern Sie die
Einstellung, indem Sie die Taste wieder drcken.
Beispiel:
Bei einem Referenzgewicht von 100 PCS, entfernen Sie das Gewicht
bis das Display 75 (%) anzeigt. Dies bedeutet, dass sich des
Referenzgewichts auf der Waage befindet.
Bei einem Referenzgewicht von 25 PCS, fgen Sie Gewicht hinzu bis
das Display 50 anzeigt. Dies bedeutet, dass da sich nun doppelt so viel
Gewicht in der Waage befindet. Fgen Sie Gewicht hinzu bis das Display
100 anzeigt, um viermal so viel Gewicht in der Waage zu bekommen.
Verlassen Sie die relative Messung, indem Sie die Waage ausschalten.
Die Waage schaltet nach 30 Sekunden automatisch aus.
Kalibrieren Sie die Waage mit einem Kalibriergewicht von EXACT 500 g
(oder 2500 ct, 321,5075 dwt oder 7716,1792 gn). Halten Sie die Mode-
Taste gedrckt bis CAL im Display blitzt. Stellen Sie nun das
Kalibriergewicht die Waage bis PASS erscheint. Die Waage ist nun
kalibriert. Entfernen Sie das Gewicht.

7. Die Batterien
ffnen Sie das Batteriefach, indem Sie den Deckel auf der Rckseite
nach auen schieben.
Legen Sie zwei neue AAA-Batterien ein. Beachten Sie die Polaritt.
Entfernen Sie die Batterien nach Gebrauch.
Laden Sie Alkalinebatterien nie wieder auf. Werfen Sie die Batterien
nicht ins Feuer.

6. Utilizao
1. Coloque a balana numa superfcie plana sem vibrao.
2. Coloque sempre o peso no centro da balana (indicado com )e
aguarde at a pesagem estar estabilizada, indicada por um crculo no
ecr antes de ler o valor.
3. Utilize o boto On/Off para ligar a balana. Aps a inicializao, o visor
LCD exibe a indicao de pesagem estabilizada[H] e a indicao de
peso zero[I].
4. Seleccione a unidade de pesagem desejada (gramas, quilates,
pennyweight ou grains)pressionando o boto de modo. A unidade
seleccionada aparece no visor.
5. Coloque o peso na balana. Aguarde at a pesagem estar estabilizada,
e leia o peso indicado no visor.
6. Quando necessrio subtrair a tara, coloque a tara na balana e
aguarde at a pesagem estar estabilizada. Pressione o boto da
tara[F] para colocar a balana a zero; a palavra ZERO aparece no
visor.
7. A opo de pesagem relativa permite a utilizao de mltiplos de um
peso base em vez do prprio peso.
Para utilizar a opo de pesagem relativa, coloque um peso bsico na
balana, e mantenha o boto de contagem pressionado at a
palavraPCS aparecer. Atravs do boto de modo a contagem pode
ser definida em 25 50 75 ou 100 (%). Guarde a seleco
pressionando o boto de contagem novamente.

Exemplos:
1. Quando o peso bsico est definido como100 PCS, retirarando peso
at aparecer no visor 75 (%) significa que 3/4 do peso bsico est
agora na balana.
2. Quando o peso bsico est definido como 25 PCS, adicionando peso
at aparecer "50" significa que na balana est duas vezes o peso
bsico. Adicionar peso at aparecer "100" no visor significa que est
agora na balana o peso bsico vezes 4.
3. Saia do modo de pesagem relativa desligando e ligando novamente a
balana.
4. A balana tem uma funo que lhe permite desligar-se
automaticamente. A balana desligar-se- aps 30 segundos sem
qualquer actividade.
5. Para calibrar a balana, necessrio um peso de exactamente 500g
(ou 2500 quilates, 321.5075 "pennyweight" ou 7716, 1792 "grains").
6. Mantenha o boto de modo pressionado at aparecer a palavra CAL a
piscar. Coloque o peso de calibragem e aguarde at a palavra PASS
aparecer. A balana est agora calibrada. Retire o peso.

7. Limpeza e manuteno
Para substituir a pilha, faa deslizar a tampa do compartimento na parte
de trs da balana.
Substitua as pilhas gastas por 2 pilhas novas de tamanho AAA (LR03C).
Certifique-se de que respeita a polaridade.
Feche o compartimento das pilhas fazendo deslizar a tampa para o
devido lugar.
Retire as pilhas do aparelho caso este no v ser utilizado durante um
longo perodo de tempo.
No recarregue as pilhas nem as deite no lume pois h o risco de
explodirem.

internal quality department and by specialized external

General Warranty Conditions Concerning Consumer
Products (for EU):
All consumer products are subject to a 24-month warranty on
production flaws and defective material as from the original
date of purchase.
Velleman can decide to replace an article with an equivalent
article, or to refund the retail value totally or partially when the
complaint is valid and a free repair or replacement of the article
is impossible, or if the expenses are out of proportion.
You will be delivered a replacing article or a refund at the value
of 100% of the purchase price in case of a flaw occurred in the
first year after the date of purchase and delivery, or a replacing
article at 50% of the purchase price or a refund at the value of
50% of the retail value in case of a flaw occurred in the second
year after the date of purchase and delivery.
Not covered by warranty:
- all direct or indirect damage caused after delivery to the article
(e.g. by oxidation, shocks, falls, dust, dirt, humidity...), and by
the article, as well as its contents (e.g. data loss),
compensation for loss of profits;
- consumable goods, parts or accessories that are subject to an
aging process during normal use, such as batteries
(rechargeable, non-rechargeable, built-in or replaceable),
lamps, rubber parts, drive belts... (unlimited list);
- flaws resulting from fire, water damage, lightning, accident,
natural disaster, etc.;
- flaws caused deliberately, negligently or resulting from
improper handling, negligent maintenance, abusive use or use

use of the article (the warranty validity will be reduced to six (6)

- damage resulting from an inappropriate packing and shipping

Articles to be repaired must be delivered to your Velleman
dealer, solidly packed (preferably in the original packaging),
and be completed with the original receipt of purchase and a
clear flaw description.
Hint: In order to save on cost and time, please reread the
manual and check if the flaw is caused by obvious causes prior
to presenting the article for repair. Note that returning a non-
defective article can also involve handling costs.
Repairs occurring after warranty expiration are subject to
shipping costs.
The above conditions are without prejudice to all commercial

of een vervangend product tegen 50% van de kostprijs of
terugbetaling van 50 % bij ontdekking na n jaar tot 2 jaar.
Valt niet onder waarborg:
- alle rechtstreekse of onrechtstreekse schade na de levering
veroorzaakt aan het toestel (bv. door oxidatie, schokken, val,
stof, vuil, vocht...), en door het toestel, alsook zijn inhoud (bv.
verlies van data), vergoeding voor eventuele winstderving.
- verbruiksgoederen, onderdelen of hulpstukken die onderhevig
zijn aan veroudering door normaal gebruik zoals bv. batterijen
(zowel oplaadbare als niet-oplaadbare, ingebouwd of
vervangbaar), lampen, rubberen onderdelen, aandrijfriemen...
(onbeperkte lijst).
- defecten ten gevolge van brand, waterschade, bliksem,
ongevallen, natuurrampen, enz.
- defecten veroorzaakt door opzet, nalatigheid of door een
onoordeelkundige behandeling, slecht onderhoud of abnormaal
gebruik of gebruik van het toestel strijdig met de voorschriften
van de fabrikant.
- schade ten gevolge van een commercieel, professioneel of
collectief gebruik van het apparaat (bij professioneel gebruik
wordt de garantieperiode herleid tot 6 maand).
- schade veroorzaakt door onvoldoende bescherming bij
transport van het apparaat.
- alle schade door wijzigingen, reparaties of modificaties
uitgevoerd door derden zonder toestemming van Velleman.
Toestellen dienen ter reparatie aangeboden te worden bij uw
Velleman-verdeler. Het toestel dient vergezeld te zijn van het
oorspronkelijke aankoopbewijs. Zorg voor een degelijke
verpakking (bij voorkeur de originele verpakking) en voeg een
duidelijke foutomschrijving bij.
Tip: alvorens het toestel voor reparatie aan te bieden, kijk nog
eens na of er geen voor de hand liggende reden is waarom het
toestel niet naar behoren werkt (zie handleiding). Op deze wijze
kunt u kosten en tijd besparen. Denk eraan dat er ook voor niet-
defecte toestellen een kost voor controle aangerekend kan
worden.
Bij reparaties buiten de waarborgperiode zullen
transportkosten aangerekend worden.
Elke commercile garantie laat deze rechten onverminderd.
Bovenstaande opsomming kan eventueel aangepast
worden naargelang de aard van het product (zie
handleiding van het betreffende product).

tout produit grand public est garanti 24 mois contre tout vice
de production ou de matriaux dater du jour dacquisition

si la plainte est justifie et que la rparation ou le

cots savrent disproportionns, Velleman sautorise
remplacer ledit article par un article quivalent ou rembourser
la totalit ou une partie du prix dachat. Le cas chant, il vous
sera consenti un article de remplacement ou le remboursement
complet du prix dachat lors dun dfaut dans un dlai de 1 an
aprs lachat et la livraison, ou un article de remplacement
moyennant 50% du prix dachat ou le remboursement de 50%
du prix dachat lors dun dfaut aprs 1 2 ans.
sont par consquent exclus :
- tout dommage direct ou indirect survenu larticle aprs
livraison (p.ex. dommage li loxydation, choc, chute,
poussire, sable, impuret) et provoqu par lappareil, ainsi
que son contenu (p.ex. perte de donnes) et une indemnisation
ventuelle pour perte de revenus ;
- toute pice ou accessoire ncessitant un remplacement caus
par un usage normal comme p.ex. piles (rechargeables comme
non rechargeables, intgres ou remplaables), ampoules,
pices en caoutchouc, courroies (liste illimite) ;
- tout dommage qui rsulte dun incendie, de la foudre, dun
accident, dune catastrophe naturelle, etc. ;
- out dommage provoqu par une ngligence, volontaire ou
non, une utilisation ou un entretien incorrect, ou une utilisation
de lappareil contraire aux prescriptions du fabricant ;
- tout dommage cause dune utilisation commerciale,
professionnelle ou collective de lappareil (la priode de
garantie sera rduite 6 mois lors dune utilisation
professionnelle) ;
- tout dommage lappareil qui rsulte dune utilisation
incorrecte ou diffrente que celle pour laquelle il a t
initialement prvu comme dcrit dans la notice ;
- tout dommage engendr par un retour de lappareil emball
dans un conditionnement non ou insuffisamment protg.
- toute rparation ou modification effectue par une tierce
personne sans lautorisation explicite de SA Velleman ; - frais
de transport de et vers Velleman si lappareil nest plus
couvert sous la garantie.
toute rparation sera fournie par lendroit de lachat. Lappareil
doit ncessairement tre accompagn du bon dachat dorigine
et tre dment conditionn (de prfrence dans lemballage
dorigine avec mention du dfaut) ;
tuyau : il est conseill de consulter la notice et de contrler
cbles, piles, etc. avant de retourner lappareil. Un appareil
retourn jug dfectueux qui savre en bon tat de marche
pourra faire lobjet dune note de frais charge du
consommateur ;
une rparation effectue en-dehors de la priode de garantie
fera lobjet de frais de transport ;
toute garantie commerciale ne porte pas atteinte aux
conditions susmentionnes.

calidad como de un servicio de calidad externo. En el caso
improbable de que surgieran problemas a pesar de todas las
precauciones, es posible recurrir a nuestra garanta (vase las

Condiciones generales referentes a la garanta sobre
productos de venta al pblico (para la Unin

Todos los productos de venta al pblico tienen un perodo de
garanta de 24 meses contra errores de produccin o errores
en materiales desde la adquisicin original;
Si la queja est fundada y si la reparacin o sustitucin de un

equivalente o reembolsar la totalidad o una parte del precio de

Por consiguiente, estn excluidos entre otras cosas:

- defectos causados por un incendio, daos causados por el
agua, rayos, accidentes, catstrofes naturales, etc.;
- defectos causados a conciencia, descuido o por malos tratos,
un mantenimiento inapropiado o un uso anormal del aparato
contrario a las instrucciones del fabricante;
- daos causados por un uso comercial, profesional o colectivo
del aparato (el perodo de garanta se reducir a 6 meses con
uso profesional);
- daos causados por un uso incorrecto o un uso ajeno al que
est previsto el producto inicialmente como est descrito en el
manual del usuario;
- daos causados por una proteccin insuficiente al transportar
el aparato.
- daos causados por reparaciones o modificaciones
efectuadas por una tercera persona sin la autorizacin explcita
de Velleman;
- se calcula gastos de transporte de y a Velleman si el
aparato ya no est cubierto por la garanta.
Cualquier artculo que tenga que ser reparado tendr que ser
devuelto a su distribuidor Velleman. Devuelva el aparato con
la factura de compra original y transprtelo en un embalaje
slido (preferentemente el embalaje original). Incluya tambin
una buena descripcin del fallo;
Consejo: Lea el manual del usuario y controle los cables, las
pilas, etc. antes de devolver el aparato. Si no se encuentra un
defecto en el artculo los gastos podran correr a cargo del
cliente;
Los gastos de transporte corrern a carga del cliente para una
reparacin efectuada fuera del perodo de garanta.
Cualquier gesto comercial no disminuye estos derechos.
La lista previamente mencionada puede ser adaptada
segn el tipo de artculo (vase el manual del usuario del
artculo en cuestin).

Alle Produkte entsprechen den strengen Qualittsforderungen
und gesetzlichen Anforderungen in der EU. Um die Qualitt zu
gewhrleisten werden unsere Produkte regelmig einer
zustzlichen Qualittskontrolle unterworfen, sowohl von
unserer eigenen Qualittsabteilung als auch von externen
spezialisierten Organisationen. Sollten, trotz aller
Vorsichtsmanahmen, Probleme auftreten, nehmen Sie bitte
die Garantie in Anspruch (siehe Garantiebedingungen).
Allgemeine Garantiebedingungen in Bezug auf
Konsumgter (fr die Europische Union):
Alle Produkte haben fr Material- oder Herstellungsfehler eine
Garantieperiode von 24 Monaten ab Verkaufsdatum.
Wenn die Klage berechtigt ist und falls eine kostenlose
Reparatur oder ein Austausch des Gertes unmglich ist, oder
wenn die Kosten dafr unverhltnismig sind, kann
Velleman sich darber entscheiden, dieses Produkt durch ein
gleiches Produkt zu ersetzen oder die Kaufsumme ganz oder
teilweise zurckzuzahlen. In diesem Fall erhalten Sie ein
Ersatzprodukt oder eine Rckzahlung im Werte von 100% der
Kaufsumme im Falle eines Defektes bis zu 1 Jahr nach Kauf
oder Lieferung, oder Sie bekommen ein Ersatzprodukt im
Werte von 50% der Kaufsumme oder eine Rckzahlung im
Werte von 50 % im Falle eines Defektes im zweiten Jahr.
Von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind:
- alle direkten oder indirekten Schden, die nach Lieferung am
Gert und durch das Gert verursacht werden (z.B. Oxidation,
Ste, Fall, Staub, Schmutz, Feuchtigkeit, ...), sowie auch der
Inhalt (z.B. Datenverlust), Entschdigung fr eventuellen
Gewinnausfall.
- Verbrauchsgter, Teile oder Zubehrteile, die durch normalen
Gebrauch dem Verschlei ausgesetzt sind, wie z.B. Batterien
(nicht nur aufladbare, sondern auch nicht aufladbare,
eingebaute oder ersetzbare), Lampen, Gummiteile,
Treibriemen, usw. (unbeschrnkte Liste).
- Schden verursacht durch Brandschaden, Wasserschaden,
Blitz, Unflle, Naturkatastrophen, usw.
- Schden verursacht durch absichtliche, nachlssige oder
unsachgeme Anwendung, schlechte Wartung,
zweckentfremdete Anwendung oder Nichtbeachtung von
Benutzerhinweisen in der Bedienungsanleitung.
- Schden infolge einer kommerziellen, professionellen oder
kollektiven Anwendung des Gertes (bei gewerblicher
Anwendung wird die Garantieperiode auf 6 Monate
zurckgefhrt).
- Schden verursacht durch eine unsachgeme Verpackung
und unsachgemen Transport des Gertes.
- alle Schden verursacht durch unautorisierte nderungen,
Reparaturen oder Modifikationen, die von einem Dritten ohne
Erlaubnis von Velleman vorgenommen werden.
Im Fall einer Reparatur, wenden Sie sich an Ihren Velleman-
Verteiler. Legen Sie das Produkt ordnungsgem verpackt
(vorzugsweise die Originalverpackung) und mit dem Original-
Kaufbeleg vor. Fgen Sie eine deutliche Fehlerbeschreibung
hinzu.
Hinweis: Um Kosten und Zeit zu sparen, lesen Sie die
Bedienungsanleitung nochmals und berprfen Sie, ob es
keinen auf de Hand liegenden Grund gibt, ehe Sie das Gert
zur Reparatur zurckschicken. Stellt sich bei der berprfung
des Gertes heraus, dass kein Gerteschaden vorliegt, knnte
dem Kunden eine Untersuchungspauschale berechnet.
Fr Reparaturen nach Ablauf der Garantiefrist werden
Transportkosten berechnet.
Jede kommerzielle Garantie lsst diese Rechte unberhrt.
Die oben stehende Aufzhlung kann eventuell angepasst
werden gem der Art des Produktes (siehe
Bedienungsanleitung des Gertes).

jakociowe oraz wypeniaj normy i dyrektywy obowizujce w
krajach UE. W celu zapewnienia najwyszej jakoci naszych
produktw, przechodz one regularne oraz dodatkowo
wyrywkowe badania kontroli jakoci, zarwno naszego
wewntrznego dziau jakoci jak rwnie wyspecjalizowanych
firm zewntrznych. Pomimo dooenia wszelkich stara czasem
mog pojawi si problemy techniczne, prosimy odwoa si do

z uwzgldnieniem poniszych warunkw:
- zwrot 100% ceny zakupu w przypadku, gdy wada wystpia w
cigu pierwszego roku od daty zakupu i dostawy
- wymiana wadliwego artykuu na nowy, wolny od wad z
odpatnoci 50% ceny detalicznej lub zwrot 50% kwoty ceny
nabycia w przypadku gdy wada wystpia w drugim roku od
daty zakupu i dostawy.
Produkt nie podlega naprawie gwarancyjnej:
- gdy wszystkie bezporednie lub porednie szkody
spowodowane s dziaaniem czynnikw rodowiskowych lub
losowych (np. przez utlenianie, wstrzsy, upadki, kurz, brud,
...), wilgotnoci;
- gwarant nie ponosi odpowiedzialnoci za szkody
wynikajcych z utraty danych;
- produkty konsumenckie, czci zamienne lub akcesoria
podatne na process starzenia, wynikajcego z normalnego
uytkowania, np: baterie (adowalne, nieadowalne, wbudowane
lub wymienne), arwki, paski napdowe, gumowe elementy
napdowe... (nieograniczona lista);
- usterka wynika z dziaania poaru, zalania wszelkimi cieczami,
uderzenia pioruna, upadku lub klski ywioowej, itp.;
- usterka wynika z zaniedba eksploatacyjnych tj. umylne
bd nieumylne zaniechanie czyszczenia, konserwacji,
wymiany materiaw ekspolatacyjnych, niedbalstwa lub z
niewaciwego obchodzenia si lub niezgodnego uytkowania z
instrukcj producenta;
- szkody wynikajce z nadmiernego uytkowania gdy nie jest
do tego celu przeznaczony tj. dziaalno komerycjna,
zawodowa lub wsplne uytkowanie przez wiele osb - okres
obowizywania gwarancji zostanie obniony do 6 (sze)
miesicy;
- Szkody wynikajce ze le zabezpieczonej wysyki produktu;
- Wszelkie szkody spowodowane przez nieautoryzowan
napraw, modyfikacj, przerbk produktu przez osoby trzecie
jak rwnie bez pisemnej zgody firmy Velleman .
Uszkodzony produkt musi zosta dostarczony do sprzedawcy
Velleman, solidnie zapakowany (najlepiej w oryginalnym
opakowaniu), wraz z wyposaeniem z jakim produkt zosta
sprzedany. W przypadku wysyki towaru w opakowaniu innym
ni oryginalnym ryzyko usterki produktu oraz tego skutki
przechodz na waciciela produktu. Wraz z niesprawnym
produktem naley doczy jasny i szczegowy opis jego
usterki, wady;
Wskazwka: Aby zaoszczdzi na kosztach i czasie, prosz
szczegowo zapozna si z instrukcja obsugi; czy przyczyn
wady s okolicznoci techniczne czy te wynikaja wycznie z
nieznajomoci obsugi produktu. W przypadku wysyki
sprawnego produktu do serwisu nabywca moe zosta

W przypadku napraw pogwarancyjnych lub odpatnych klient
ponosi dodatkowo koszt wysyki produktu do i z serwisu.

pilhas, etc. antes de devolver o aparelho. Um aparelho
devolvido que estiver em bom estado ser cobrado despesas a
cargo do consumidor;
uma reparao efectuada fora da garantia, ser cobrado
despesas de transporte;
qualquer garantia comercial no prevalece as condies aqui
mencionadas.
