Production Meeting

Date: December 1

Director Kaili:

Tech Tuesday and Wednesday, December 5 and 6

Performance Dates Thursday and Friday, December 7 and 8

Andy will be coming in on Monday, to see how it is going along.

Scenic Kaili and Staci:

We dont need anything more set wise. We are using the black boxes and the brown desk.

Lighting Kaili and Dean:

There will be a blue light that comes up in the first scene. The other light will be from

their screens. The other cues are just lights up and lights down. He will come in on Tuesday and

watch the show.

Sound Kaili and Staci:

Kaili has pre-show music, intermission music, and post-show. It needs to be sent to

Stacis computer, which will be used as the sound computer. The recordings of the music will be

done on Monday, by Stevie. Staci will have created a show by tech.

Costumes Cast and Kaili:

The actors are bringing in their own costumes.

Props Kaili and Staci:

We went over the list and finalized it. I will work on getting props on Monday for them

to work on. I need to work on making note cards for the actors that use them.

Stage Manager Staci:

Remind Alex that she needs to get those posters out.

These are my concerns that were talked about and resolved in the meeting.

Actors not showing up on time. Usually 5 10 minutes late.

Publicity Alexandria:

Posters have been made, and will be stamped on the upcoming Monday to get out to the

school. Staci needs to remind her to do so.
