Academic Excellence Tuition Waiver $1,000 per semester, ACT composite of 24 or SAT of 1160 or higher from a
Scholarship renewable for 8 semesters National Test Date. Minimum High School GPA of 3.25 on

Academic Merit Scholarship Tuition Waiver $500 per semester, ACT composite of 22 or SAT of 1100 or higher from a

Oklahoma State Regents for Tuition Waiver and Awards from $1,000 to 99.5 percentile on ACT or SAT from a National Test Date
Higher Education (OSRHE) Cash Scholarship $2,000 per semester and OR ACT Composite of 30 or SAT of 1390 OR High School
Academic Scholar full tuition, renewable for GPA of 3.8 on a 4.0 scale and either top 4% or rank 1st or
8 semesters 2nd in graduating class. Complete the Honors Program
Application.
OSRHE Regional University Tuition Waiver and $1,500 per semester and ACT composite of 30 or higher from a National Test Date.

Tuition waiver programs are available to Oklahoma residents only. To be considered an Oklahoma resident, you/your parents must have
lived in Oklahoma continuously for the last 12 months for reasons other than education. The tuition wavier scholarships listed are not
stackable and are competitive.

For all scholarships, students must maintain full-time enrollment (12 hours/semester) and maintain a 2.5 GPA or as required by award. Must be a U.S.
citizen or permanent resident. The awards/scholarships listed are not stackable and are competitive.

Out-of-State Tuition Waiver

Southeastern Oklahoma State University will provide a non-resident tuition waiver to a United States citizen or eligible non-citizen (permanent U.S. resi-
dent) who meets the listed criteria. No application is necessary.

A) First-time Southeastern undergraduate or graduate students will receive a 100% non-resident tuition waiver for the first two semes-
ters including Fall/Spring or Spring/Fall. This applies to the non-resident portion only. Resident tuition and fees still apply.
B) Summers will be grade point neutral, so all non-resident tuition will be waived for summer.
C) In subsequent semesters, students may continue to receive non-resident tuition waivers based on the SE retention/graduation GPA
using the scale below.
