Welcome to the last newsletter of 2017! I wanted to start Invitational @ Eugene V.
off by thanking all of the parents and students who Debs Middle School Gym
helped with the Thanksgiving Feast for Families Food

Drive last month. I am thrilled to announce that we
collected enough money and goods to provide 47 School Board Meeting @
families with a Thanksgiving meal. Thank you for all of the High School Cafeteria
support, we couldnt have done it without everyone who

Second Step Family Night
I want to formally welcome Ms. Lynn Shepherd who will
be starting as the new Assistant Principal after the Dec. 19
holidays. Please keep an eye out for an announcement

Toys for Tots Holiday Toy Drive
For the 3rd year in a row, Eugene V. Debs Middle School is partnering
with Toys for Tots for another holiday season. Toys for Tots goal is to
help less fortunate children throughout the United States experience
the joy of Christmas. The donation of just one toy can change the
holiday season for a child. Please consider donating toys for these
less fortunate children and spread the joy. There are boxes in each
homeroom for students to drop the toys off in. The last day that we
will be accepting donations is Dec. 22. Happy Holidays!
