My name is ------------.

I am a Senior at Greater Latrobe High School.

At school, I get to go to work.

I work at the Salvation Army store and the main office in Latrobe.

Here, I sort clothes, sort hangers, vacuum, clean, pack up and organize
food or other donations, and much more.

I also work at the YWCA, Food Bank, Library, and Housing Authority
through the Work Discovery program.

At these places, I clean, wipe tables and lockers, vacuum, dust, and paint.

I also work at our school cafeteria and library. I put fries on trays and fill
forks and spoons. I tidy up the library and check in chromebooks.

I am so happy that I get time to work while at high school. I like to go to

work.

This June, I will be graduating, and I want to get a job.

These jobs are getting me ready for my future: teaching me how to follow
directions and work hard.

I am glad that I have had the chance to learn and grow as a member of the
community
