Activities to Investigate Funds of Knowledge:

- Discuss the kinds of social networks of respondents (#2)

- Economic: most students come from middle class families, a few students come from
single parent/single income households
- Social: one student has a hearing impairment
Cultural: many of the students in the class have their own values and belief, but it does
not separate them from interacting with one another

Inquire about the kinds of physical or social activities (#3)

- Many of the students participate in helping out with household chores like laundry and
dishes. There are a few that have more responsibilities like caring for siblings and even a
few that said they dont have any household responsibilities

- Ask about the cultural traditions, practices, or celebrations (#7)

-Many of the students in the class have their own values and belief, but it does not
separate them from interacting with one another

- Investigate the kinds of physical activities the respondents engage in (#9)

-Couple of the students participate in school athletics like soccer, basketball, and hockey
- A few other students are involved in music and art and a few in student council
