Merch company & Artist agreement

This agreement made the 5th of December 2017 between Total

Merchandise and the local band Dukes.

PRODUCTS
-The products will be clothing such as hoodies, t-shirts,
leggings and accessories such as hats, arm bands and socks
-Time scale should be written up and finalised for the finished
product to be manufacture on time

ADVANCES
- The manufacturer will provide a payment of up to 120,000 to
the band (this is recoupable) if agreements are in place of this
contract

TERM
The term for this agreement is 4 years from the 5th of December
2017 to 2021.

TERRITORY
-The band would like the merchandise to be distributed in the
UK

QUALITY CONTROL
-The artist has the right to check the merchandise once
manufactured ensuring quality is high

PAYMENT
-The split between the agreement is 45% -55% to the artist once

-The band would like to have creative control
