There will be a special Christmas Parade for all of our little ones birth
through age 4 prior to the Childrens Christmas program. We NEED to
borrow little wagons to decorate for this parade. If you can loan us a
wagon, please contact Pastor Linda and have the wagon here by

parade, please sign-up in the nursery.

During Advent, several of our services are family
oriented and we desire you to worship together as
a family. Please note the following:
There will be no Childrens Church during the
season of Advent.
The AM Nursery during will be available for
newborns through age 4.
There will be no Sunday Evening Nursery
during Advent.
December 24th, Christmas Eve Morning,
there will be one Worship Service at 10:00am.
There will be no Nursery workers provided,
but there will be there will be LIVE Streaming
of the service in the Fellowship Hall and the
Nursery Room.

Christmas Gift Bags for Inmates
We will be delivering over 200 small bags to each
male and female inmate in the Franklin County
Jail this year. The bag will consist of socks, soap
and a snack. This is just a small way of spreading
Gods love to many who have never experienced Him. If you would like
to make a donation toward this project, please mark your envelope or
check jail ministry and put in the offering plate. We have $55 received
so far. Thank you!!

Did you know the history of our Christmas traditions?
Evergreen trees were the symbol of eternal life. Martin Luther
introduced them to the Reformation Church as a picture of our endless
life in Christ, by bringing in a tree to his family on Christmas Eve lit with
candles (Isaiah 60:13). Candles are a picture that Christ is the Light of
the world (John 8). Holly speaks of the thorns in His crown (Matthew
27:29). Red is a color of Christmas that speaks of Christ's blood and
death.
