English Learning objective: Name of Observer/Critical Friend: Aaesha Abulla Students will be able to identify new vocabulary words.
Strength of the lesson :
1. Using an attractive activities.
2. Using group points which is fir with their play level (Competitive play). 3. Keeping students to pass the worksheets which help students to be more learning center. 4. Support students during each activity. 5. The worksheet was good for the students to practice the new vocabulary. The type of worksheet was (Fill in gap).
Areas for development :
1. Work more in your classroom management.
2. Try to take shorter time in each activity. Reflection Overall, I think that the lesson went well because I have implemented different styles of activities in order to teach the students new vocabulary. The first game was to introduce the words to the students by asking them to act it out. Even though some students couldnt act out some words, however, they were imitating what their friends did and I guess this helped them to get indirect feedback. The last activity was (fill in the gap) worksheet. I think this activity was implemented on time because the students just identified the new vocabulary through the first activity and in this activity they were able to know the meanings of them and how to put them in the correct sentence.
