TASK 2 MAKE CONVERSATIONS

Question 1, 2 and 3

Riwi is a New Nurse in the X Hospital, so she is trying to ask the senior nurse (Ditha)
about the wards in there. Both of them were in the security at the second floors.

N. Riwi : Excuse me, Nurse Ditha. Can I ask you some questions about the wards in this
hospital?

N. Ditha : Yes, of course, nurse Riwi. What is it?

N. Riwi : Im looking for maternity unit. So how can I get there?

N. Ditha : First, from here, the security, you must be turn left and through the waiting room.
Then, on your right side youll see the maternity unit at the corner of nurse
station.

N. Riwi : Okay. Thanks. And the second question is can you tell me the way to the canteen
if Im from the nurse station in ICU?

N. Ditha : Canteen? Canteen at the first floor. From the nurse station, you must be turn right
and go along the corridor until you find the stairs in front of the security, then
walk down to the first floor.

N. Riwi : Okay. After that?

N. Ditha : After that you must be straight ahead until you find the canteen on your right-
hand, exactly at the opposite of the nurse station I and II, Nurse Riwi.

N. Riwi : Really? Thanks, and the last question. Could you tell me how to get to the toilet
(between dispensary and radiology) if Im from the security (on the first floor)?

N. Ditha : From the security (on the first floor), you must be enter that entrance. Then,
straight ahead through the emergency room and the dispensary which is on your
right side, and the toilet is next to the dispensary.

N. Riwi : Thank you so much, Nurse Ditha. Sorry for wasting your time.

N. Ditha : Okay. Youre welcome. No problem.

Question 4 and 5

Ditha is a New Nurse in the X Hospital, so she is trying to ask the senior nurse (Riwi)
about the wards in there. Both of them were in the emergency room (on the first floor).

N. Ditha : Excuse me, Nurse Riwi. Can I ask you some questions about the wards in this
hospital?

N. Riwi : Yes, of course, nurse Riwi. What is it?

N. Ditha : Can you tell me where the lift is?

N. Riwi : Lift? Okay. From here (the emergency room), you must be turn right and straight
ahead until a dead end by passing the dispensary, the toilet, and the radiology
unit, so the lift is on between the laboratory and the operation room.

N. Ditha : Okay, thanks Nurse Riwi. And the last question is could you tell me how to get to
the polyclinic if Im from the pediatric ward (on the second floors)?

N. Riwi : Pediatric ward? The pediatric ward at the second floors. First, from the polyclinic,
turn left then straight ahead by passing the operation room, and the lift is just after
the operation room. After that you must be go up into the second floors. Until you
was arriving, then turn left and go straight until the toilet, after that the pediatric
ward is on the right side of the toilet.

N. Ditha : Really? Thank you so much, Nurse Riwi. Sorry for wasting your time.

N. Riwi : Okay. Youre welcome. No problem.

TASK 1

Tell direction from the entrance to the fitness room.

First, from the entrance, go straight through the car park. In the car park, there are two
corridor. But, if you want go to the fitness room, you must be enter the corridor smaller then
other and straight ahead with a little walk to the left side. After you find it, enter that corridor
then through that one way to the squash courts and youll find the fitnes room after that
which is at the corner.
