On behalf and under instructions from Our Client, Mr. Virendra Dwarkadas Widge,

we address to you as follows.

1. Our Client instructs us to state that Our Client is a senior citizen and is unable to

remain present before you today due to some personal difficulty. Furthermore, Our

Client vide letter dt. 06.09.2017 (as annexed herewith) has categorically

established the fact that Our Client was merely a Professional Employee in the

Company and a non-promoter Director for some time in the said Company and

therefore no liability whatsoever arises of Our Client in any matters pertaining to

M/s. IDI Ltd. (now known as M/s. Navinon Ltd).

2. Our Client most respectfully and humbly submits that the captioned Summons

issued to Our Client be withdrawn forthwith.

3. Inconvenience caused is highly regretted.
