How did you come up with such plan?

Having a study of a certain place is quite hard, because internet and asking people is not
enough to collect the perfect data for a development plan, that is why we planned to see
the place. As we visited the town of Sampaloc, we tried to identify what are the things that
they have and they should have. We observed that this town is very rich in tourist
attractions not only in destinations but also in nature, culture and history. The Hangga
falls which is said to be a hidden gem of the Quezon province, The Tower House which
was used as a garrison by Japanese forces during World War II, A hair-raising experience
of crossing Guinto Bridge, a wooden bridge that hangs solely by cables, the annual
Bulihan Festival which is celebrated every 22-26 of April, Sampaloc as the home of buri
products, are just example of the things that tourists should not be missed. However,
there is one recipe to make this town more successful beside from development, it is
lacking of Promotion and advertisement. We see this as the major problem that the town
should solve, and we believe that this place has a great potential to be one most visited
tourist destination in the Philippines and Sampaloc, Quezon is just waiting to be
discovered.
