Interpersonal Conflict and Organizational commitment

Hope that by the grace of Almighty Allah this questionnaire finds you in sound health.
This questionnaire is designed to study sources of stress leading to burnout in the banking sector. The
information that you will provide will help us to understand the job conditions and its effect on the health
of people working in the banking sector.

1) Interpersonal Conflict; The process that begins when one party perceives that another party has
negatively affect, something that the first party cares about (Robbins, Judge, Sanghi, 2008).
2) Determinants; a) personal differences (demographic), b) information deficiency (communication
breakdown), c) role incompatibility (between departments) and d) environmental stress (shrinking resources,
downsizing, work environment etc), (Whetten and Cameron 1991).
