Objective
My objectives are to learn how high-performing facilities run their operation in order to apply the knowledge I have gained from work
experience and the PGA Golf Management Program at Sam Houston State University in my future endeavors.

Experience
Eastern Hills Country Club, Garland, TX 4/16/2012-9/22/2013
Performed detailed and appealing daily set-up set up of cart fleet and practice facility
Promoted to a position in the golf shop delivering a high level of service and hospitality
Checked members and guests in for their tee times handling detailed transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

The Broadmoor, Colorado Springs, CO 5/18/2015-8/17/15


Provided the members and guests with five-star, five-diamond service
Responsible for daily detailed and appealing set-up of cart fleet in readiness for play.
Communicated effectively with three hotel buildings to ensure having guests bags ready for their tee times.

Martis Camp Club, Truckee, CA 5/16/2016-8/15/16


Helped maintain an impeccable golf car fleet and presented them daily to the membership in a highly organized but welcoming
presentation.
Worked with bag room and valet teams to ensure readiness of member and guest clubs in advance of their tee times.
Set the practice field in a highly organized but elegant and inviting way with Pro V1 balls in leather bags.
Maintained multi-tee practice facilities with all amenities including a constantly refreshed supply of balls and ensured all member
and guest equipment was spotlessly clean prior to play.
Played a major role in running and teaching the twice-weekly Junior Development program
Taught and helped run multiple week long Junior Golf camps with up to 46 junior golfers aged 6-15.
Set-up for tournaments including world class Womens and Mens Member-Guests
Learned the difference between service and hospitality in an environment renowned for its facilities but even better known for its
staff.
Participated in Martis Camp University training program and spent time learning about all elements of the golf operation.

Colorado Golf Club, Parker, CO 5/16/2017-8/18/17


Worked with the Director of Instruction, Stan Sayers, shadowing, learning, and helping him teach.
Learned a swing philosophy that removes back pain from the swing, and allows the body to move as efficiently as possible.
Fit students for Paderson shafts and Edel Single Length irons.
Instructed every week in the Junior Summer Program, with 20 or more kids aged 4-13.
Instructed the Operation36 golf program with a separate set of 5-9 juniors aged 6-11 throughout the summer.
While half of my internship was with the Director of Instruction, I also worked in the Member Services Department.
Staged golf cars along a curved wall organized so members and guests could locate their golf bags easily.
Set the practice range in a methodical way that pleased the eye with leather bags with the Colorado Golf Club logo on them.
Set-up for all major tournaments including the Mens Member-Guest, The Paintbrush, and the Ladies Member-Guest, the
Wildflower.

in PGA Golf Management.
