    December?!? Wait! Where is this year going?!? The class faced reentry into work and school
    with amazing focus! It was nice sharing all the stories of what everyone did over the break. Now
    to stay focused before Winter Break! In Social Studies, we continue to work on Maps and
    Globes. In math, we are working on tens and ones. We are finishing our Persuasive Letter writing
    and will start our Flat Stanley papers next week. In reading, we continue to work on our schema
    and different types of connections to help our comprehension while reading. These include Text-
    to-Self and Text-to-Text. As always, please get in touch with me with any questions or
