DENSE END INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Rear panel (1) hooks into top of T-post at end of aisle. Hook (a) is at top rear of panel. Rear panel feet are then adjusted
down, so no weight is on hook.
2. Place melamine board (2) onto base frame (3) and slide base frame (3) against rear panel (1), so rear panel legs fit into
slot (b) at the rear of the melamine board.
3. Hold one side panel (4) on top of base frame and board and check to see if bolt holes (c) line up with screw inserts in side
of rear panel (1). If not, remove side panel and adjust legs on base frame until the correct height is reached and the
holes line up.
4. Install Allen head screws through notches (c) in side panel and tighten into insert in rear panel (1) sides. Repeat for other
side panel.
5. Slide acrylic sheet with logo carefully into U-channel in canopy. Ensure this is done slowly around the corners.
6. Fit canopy (5) ensuring feet on canopy slide into the top of the side panel frames (d).
7. Inspect the melamine board (2) from underneath and adjust base frame feet so that melamine board sits flat and level
against the base frame. There should be no gaps between frame and board at front, rear and sides.
8. Install brackets (6)
9. Install shelves (7)
10. Install baskets (8)
