Situation / Task ( A description of situation
One of the phenomenon that I experienced and I believed challenged me the most is The UniFi Experience Event that was
held at Bukit Perdana, Batu Pahat Johor from 2nd until 4th September 2016
The area of Bukit Perdana is one of the toughest places for UniFI Company as of the geographical surface of Bukit
Perdana itself. Which is consists of a lot of highland area and lowland area as Bukit Perdana are located near Soga
Mountain. In conjunction of that, these difficulties imbued the problems as reported by the clients such as
o slow internet speed
o unstable internet connection
o coverage issues and etc
In conclusion, these reports I believed may affects the market and clients of UniFi Company and future of UniFi Company
in other places

Actions ( Exactly what did you do)


In justification of that, I have participated in the program UNIFI Experience which took place at Syed Bukit Perdana 24
Hours Restaurant. The aim of this event is to discuss more closely with the clients to identify and help them relating to
their UNIFI problems. Demo UNIFI has been presents to the clients to convince them cooperates with TM Company
My main role is to gather all clients complaints and problems at that time. The good things is prompt action can be taken
spontaneously because of the involvement of the SDZ
I also play a role in the mining of data and information about clients in the system (NOVA, NIS) and Telemarketing and
SMS Blast to welcome the clients who inconvenient to present at the event. My duty is to gather all clients complaints and
provide information and reference the SDZ

As a result, the problems pointed from the clients could be immediately repaired and the clients is happy because through
this program, to some extent can help solve their problems and considers TM to be more customer and user friendly.
It's a bit much to clear the name of UNIFI in Batu Pahat and help . I hope this will boost the market of Unifi.
The prove is the sales in Evergreen Heights receives warming and encouraging outcome. I successfully get more UNIFI
10 sales in this area.

The Segamat has a quite low market and demand for Streamyx. One of the reasons that have been concluded is the lack
of sales activities in the region. Thus affects the TM Branding in that area

Therefore to overcome this problems, my colleagues joined forces together across North Johor have to run a program
Yok Mampir Segamat @ vibe Broadband TM Joint held at Farmers Market Site, Parks Foundation, Buloh Kasap, Segamat.
The strategies and concepts that being the main purpose in this program is a Sales Blitz concept. Based on the data
obtained from the system, the manual sales from house to house can be easily result from the merger of good labor from
every zone of Batu Pahat, Kluang and Muar.
Based on the experience of my sales in Batu Pahat, I have been sharing experiences with other partners in order to
implicate these techniques as maximize as possible in this program.
In addition, all parties have been cooperate together to implement sales activities in the evening that combines the use of
lorry TM (TMOW) and a small (PTO) around the night market.
Over the three days we spent in Segamat.

As a result, I shared other sales team has managed to increase revenue for exchanges Buloh Kasap.

The dissemination of information on TM products can be delivered through the medium of stakeholders such as schools
In this case, I have managed to bring TM Carnival 50 Years S.M.K Sri Medan, held on 28-29 July 2016.
The event was also attended by YB Dato 'Noraini who is MP for Parit Sulong and many famous artists.

I try to help the school in the participation of the program we organized. Target marketing is against teachers, school staff
and the entire population in Sri Medan.
Through good cooperation such as the chair of Mr Eddie Carnival 50 Years S.M.K Sri Medan, finally managed to join the
TM massive program of this school.
Booth TM has been opened during the program.

As a result, 50 Years Carnival program S.M.K Sri Medan has been carried out successfully and the response was very
surprising
I also gained valuable experience especially for dealing with government institutions

A major change can be seen in the Bond Paladin V1.0 which is an attempt to enliven the public to the paladin counter
which is open daily at the front office of Consumer Batu Pahat.
The event was held on 21-26 January 2017 brought together a lot of cooperation between the reseller and the SME in
promoting their products.
Reception at this time is greater because the tent was decorated with ornaments for the celebration of Chinese New Year,
for example HyppTV also be displayed to the customer.
Compared to the past only hope that customers come to the counter, this time a change has been made whereby the
medium telemarketing and SMS were used to invite potential customers.

In this case, I do find all the data and information customers in the ICP system and Nova particularly in areas that already
have Unifi example such as Taman Soga, Banang Height, Evergreen Heights and others.
I also run a telemarketing activities to invite customers to come during the program.
In telemarketing, SMS Blast also been made in order to provide information on the activities that will be carried out to the
customer. Premium Items and reception are also available to customers.

As a result, the response to the program paladin counter is viewed more favorably compared to ordinary counters done
every day. It turns out that the use of social media viral can have a major positive impact on the program that will be
conducted. Sales revenue also improved.
Telemarketing activities and such as go house to house in the Unifi also seen to be more effective if made in accordance
with the data of customers who have been using Streamyx.
If the information can be communicated effectively to the customer, the sales response will be better.

The program RBB3.0 hoopla # rayabetulbetul held on 29-31 July 2016 at Taman Puteri Indah, Barge Estate is the first
major program I joined since I work as a new unit under the Consumer Sales Batu Pahat. My main challenge at this point
is to make the sale face to face meet with customers and explain the products offered by TM.
This is a huge challenge in itself because I never ventured into sales

Although that initially I felt less self-esteem and timid, in a little time I started to become proficient and confident in dealing
with customers.
A lot of new things and experiences that I have learned throughout this program is carried out, for example, a few days
before the date of my program with other friends have made the invitation letter and our own program went from house to
house distributing the invitation letter.
In addition, I started to learn and become proficient in using a system such as ICP, Nova and Nis in order to obtain
information to customers.
Telemarketing Activities also the first time I have done for this program.

As a result, program RBB3.0 hoopla # rayabetulbetul has been successful helded thanks to the overwhelming responses
from customers. The for my private achievement, I have managed to get more than 15 sales.
The success of this program has been the catalyst for me to be more confident and enthusiastic in doing sales activities.
The knowledge that I obtained, the results of tutoring from older workers in the unit Consumer Batu Pahat were never tired
of helping can also be exploited to the full. Thank God

The carnival of 50 Years S.M.K Sri Medan is the first program that I manage by my own. This is a big challenge for me as
for the first time I have to work with a large institution.
In this case, I use schools as a medium to work together in promoting CE products in rural areas.
The head of the department was very helping in providing advice and guidance.

I try to find the data and information in every school across the Batu Pahat.
I contact each school and ask for cooperation to conduct sales activities in the programs that I recommend.
As a result, TM successfully participate conduct sales activities during Carnival 50 Years S.M.K Sri Medan progress.
Principals, teachers and school staff have been instrumental in helping the TM conducting sales activities. It is hoped that
the good relations can be maintained.

The presence of Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) has made the area especially around Parit Raja became
the area is very valuable. This is because, there is a very high demand on the internet needs among the students for
learning purposes.
In the meantime, there are 15 new areas such as Taman Bintang, Taman Maju, Taman Inspira, Kolej Kediaman Melewar
UTHM and etc. With the realization of extremely high demand and broad market potential, I have run the New Commission
Rush @ Parit Raja.

In this activity, I have a lot to do with the reseller such as to-house activities and the target customers is the students who
in the rental house around UTHM. With the information obtained from the ICP's Streamyx customers that have existing,
these activities are seen more effective and successful results in many sales.
Other initiatives were I have been using social media such as through telemarketing based on information from ICP and
NOVA system

As a result, TM managed to get a humongous sales and to some extent has helped boost the achievement sales
achievements in Batu Pahat higher than the North zone like in Kluang and Muar.
My personal achievements of this program is that I managed to get more than 20 sales unifi in this area.
