The objectives are to have employees become blood donors and develop a sense of volunteerism. The bloodletting will be done in coordination with the Philippine National Red Cross. Qualified male and female employees will be able to participate. A budget of 6,000 pesos will cover snacks, materials, meals and has been approved from the Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses account. The activity is expected to make employees more interested in future blood donation drives and empower them to save lives. The bloodletting will be held on April 4, 2017 at the TWD multi-purpose hall.

    PROGRAM DESIGN FOR BLOODLETTING
    I. RATIONALE

    The Tagum Water District employees upholds the value of life and supports
    advocacies that aims to save more lives through a blood donation drive.

    II. OBJECTIVE

    To participate in the blood donation campaign of PNRC and become a


    donors membership card holder
    To develop the sense of volunteerism to the men and women of TWD
    Blood donation is of everybodys concern and that all sectors could do
    their share

    III. METHODOLOGY

    The aforementioned objectives shall be accomplished through the conduct of a


    bloodletting activity in coordination with the PNRC.

    IV. TARGET PARTICIPANTS

    The bloodletting activity will be participated by qualified male and female TWD
    employees.

    V. BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS

    Snacks P 1,500.00
    Materials & Folding Bed 1, 000.00
    Meals 3,500.00
    TOTAL P 6,000.00

    VI. SOURCE OF FUND

    The funds for such training will be taken from:

    VII. EXPECTED OUTPUT

    After the conduct of the said event, it is then expected that the TWD employees
    will be more interested in blood donation activities and be more active in saving
    lives in any possible way so as to embody the main purpose of this event.

    VIII. DATE AND VENUE

    The said event will be held on April 4, 2017 at the TWD 3rd Level Multi-Purpose Hall.
