Liaison- Come to the meeting with finalized communication from Patty.

Webmaster- Keep website up to date
Treasures- Come to the meeting with an updated list of items collected and money totals
Historian- continue keeping track of information we get from the organization
Recorder- come to the meetings with agenda completed.
