Age/Grade-Level
Developmental Guidelines
Each of the WSS Developmental Guidelines provides an
overall view of what children can be expected to learn each
year in each domain.
Each performance indicator contains a rationale and several
examples.
The rationale explains the meaning and significance of the
performance indicator and briefly outlines reasonable
expectations for students at a given age or grade.
