During his employment tenure, he is working where

1. Jaffna Kilinochchi Water Supply and sanitation Project (as an Engineering Assistant)
2. Sustainable and Rehabilitation project Mannar (as a Technical Officer)
3. Sewerage network design work for Maldives (as a Design Draft person)
4. Sewerage network design work for Seashells (as a Design Draft person)

were he carrying out Processing and analysis of spatial data related to project task and supporting to develop
outputs based on Sewer GEM models, assisting to collect spatial information through the household survey to
develop the detail Geo database for the sewage and water supply design, conducting evening training session on
Arc GIS and basic theories in GIS for different professional including supporting staff and the consultants work
attached to the project, field inspection for sewerage network design, topographic survey, Joint Measurement,
Checking the submitted joint measurements, Checking the bar schedule for the approval, and Supervising the
Laboratory testing for approval. Also following duties was included, and all associated works related to the
survey such as Checking Level and Coordinates, Preparing Plan Drawings and Longitudinal Section Drawings,
Joint Work Studies for Extra Schedule Rates (ESR), Progress Monitoring and Reporting, Cost Monitoring and
Reporting, Preparing Daily Machinery and Labour Record, Checking Daily Progress Reports & Monthly
Progress Reports and Supervising Site Works, CAD drawings preparation and edit.

He is a very reliable and productive worker. Tasks assigned to him are carried out with great care, in particular,
site works. Furthermore he has always kept a close relationship with fellow staff and colleagues.

I am convinced that Mr. J. Gabriel Gnanothayan has made a valuable contribution to this project.
