Regular inspection of accumulator precharging

Procedure
Carefully open the accumulator drain cock on the control block
The pressure gauge displays the slow decline of the
accumulator pressure
At a certain point, the pressure suddenly drops to zero.
This point is known as the accumulator pre-charge pressure
The accumulator pre-charge pressure should never be more
than 20 bar below the specified value switchover problems

Fluid at operating temperature (approximately 40 -
50C)
Maximum engine speed
Pressure gauge mounted directly on the FFH control
Pump ON, medium delivery rate
Setting procedure
Set maximum pressure on the pressure limiting valve
directly on the accumulator charging pump in
accordance with the measuring sheet
Always wait for one switchover procedure to check
