    Bookroom Protocol

    When your bookroom is the place where


    all the books are available for counting.
    What About Consumables?

    Unused Consumables Books NEED to be counted and mark seen.


    Consumable Workbooks DO NOT need to be counted.
    Find a Central Location

    If your inventory does not fit in the bookroom,


    find a central location and stack them in 5s or
    10s.
    Scan everything that has a
    BISD barcode!!!

    Beaumont ISD Textbooks

    But only bring to a central location the student


    and teachers edition books to be counted.
