Managing accounts, decoration, and food for 12th grade graduation party for all high
school students, teachers, and student life staff.

Parikarma Seva 40 days of Seva at the Sri Harmandir Sahib, commonly known as the Golden
Temple. Its a very spical kni of community service where you serve in different ways, cleaning the
floors of the Parkarma, making rotis (Indian flat bread), handing out water to drink or washing
dishes and more.

PROGRESS Summer Camp: June 2012

Being a one of the couches or leader of a team in the camp to help kids in that program.
PROGRESS is an acronym for Program for Guidance and Remedial Support for Students. It is a
small NGO at Tezpur, Assam and has mainly three components Remedial support for slow
learners including ADHD & dyslexic children. Organizing summer and winter camps for
personality development of children coming from different school cultures. Customized life skill
training for students in schools.
Kundalini Yoga: Aug 2011 May 2017

Five weekly Kundalini Yoga classes with morning Sadhana and meditation. Yoga means union
and Kundalini means the energy channel from base of your spine to stem of your brain, this is one
of the types of the yoga out of 20 other types of yoga. The practice of Kundalini Yoga, as taught
by Yogi Bhajan, is aimed at union with the divine through stimulation of the Kundalini energy that
resides and brings higher consciousness in everyone.
