Re: Cancellation letter for timeshare contract number: 65473207556-003

Dear Sir/Madam:

This letter is to inform you of our intention to cancel the timeshare

contract number: 65473207556-003 which was purchased on July 24, 2016
by Alexander S Marquez, Maria T De Jesus Marquez, Charito D Candelaria
and Paz A De Jesus. The obligation of monthly payments including the
amount for mortgage and payment protection have become too burdensome on
our part to comply in due time. Our failure to comply with the demands of
paying the monthly obligation is imputed on economical constraints we are
experiencing right now here in the Philippines. Moreover, it is not feasible for
us to continue and maintain the timeshare contract due to geographical
distance from the property.

As an equitable relief, therefore, we humbly seek for the immediate

cancellation of our timeshare contract. As a consequence of this rescission we
will not anymore seek reimbursement of any and all amount already paid or in
the total amount of $______________________.00, by reason of the timeshare
contract and to be exonerated from any liability arising therefrom.

Please confirm that you have received this legal timeshare contract number:
65473207556-003 rescission in writing.
