Notification This feature allows the user to send automatically a "notification report" to customers/contacts or other
BridgeTrak users regarding an issue's status, Trigger an action if any system defined Action/Any key field got
changed with in the application.
Notification can be triggered automatically based on user defined schedules, or may be sent manually. User can
configure notification rules by forming criteria or by defining Action (Key-Field change/System defined action).
Notification report can be send by pager, email, raise an alert or it can be added to Hotlist (marked as high priority

The above stated activities are also done in regional offices and Replicated with the Corporate Office according to the

This Instrument measure the strength of yarn based the load force applied. Based on the test result will be send
through serial-port of PC Baud rate 9600. The captured results are shown in graphical & numerical format. Software
is developed based on multithread concept so user has option to view numerical & graphical views. The historical
datas are kept in databases for further statistical analysis.
Service Station System The station service system is developed to keep track of the failure which occur at field and
the nature of service done. Also this system takes care of the spare sales. It supports raising of Work Order whenever
a defective item is received, nature of service done against that Work Order, generation of Debit Note, Invoice and
Delivery note. The Spare system module supports generation of spare order, Invoice and Delivery note. Reports
giving repeated failures, product wise failures, batch wise failures, engineer performance, Revenue through spare
sales and servicing are generated. This module is integrated with finance and production module.
Financial Accounting System Financial Accounting tracks the daily fund transactions that occur in the company. It
monitors outstanding insurance, hire purchase and lease payments. It supports receipt payments, cash purchases,
import purchases and journal. Provision to carry out related activities such as bank statement, reconciliation, cheque
processing, interest calculation, and employee advance clearance are incorporated. Cost center codes are defined
according to the area of responsibility. All types of ledgers such as Creditors, Debtors, advance and Employee
Ledger, Trial Balance, Outstanding and adhoc reports are generated from the system. This module is integrated
with Payroll, Marketing, Manufacturing, Marketing, Field Service and Station Service systems.
Sales Order Processing The sales order processing system is developed to meet customer demands. It supports
registration of esquires, Order Acknowledgement, Letter of Credit, Delivery Schedule, Readiness Information,
Packing Readiness, preparation of Delivery note and generation of Packing Advice. All the modules are
integrated with finance and production modules. Product pricing, tax calculations and discount deductions are
incorporated. It supports multi-currency values. A variety of reports giving the orders booked and executed details,
Target Vs Sales details, Revenue through sales, pending orders and others are generated. Orders booked at various
regions are transferred to Head Office through Lotus notes.
