Topic : The Elephant Man (Chapter 1)

Learning Outcomes : Language for aesthetics use read and understand the novel
chapter.

Objectives : At the end of the lesson, students will be able to:


(i) list out the main events of the chapter 1;
(ii) identify the characters that affect Joseph Merrick journey;
(iii) create a mind-map regarding the characteristics of the
character in Chapter 1; and
(iv) answer the quiz 60% out of 100% correctly.

Prerequisite (s) : In general, students are familiar with the literature elements.
