3. Department wise result analysis indicating the following details:
a) No. of students passed in regular exams
b) No. of students passed in supplementary exams
c) List the names of detainees with their initial +2 Marks and CEE rank.
d) List of Lateral Entry students with their Marks in Diploma and Entrance Rank.
4. Department wise details on the following:
a) Report on portion coverage in each subject and compare with KTU norms.
b) How many classes were engaged for each subject as on date?
c) Reason for non-engagement of classes if any on any subject.
d) List the practical classes taken so far and number of experiments covered.
e) State whether practical classes are conducted as per KTU norms.
f) Produce sample lab record book and lab course diary (showing attendance,
cycle of experiments, marks awarded in each class)
g) Produce subject wise course diary of each teacher.
h) List co-curricular and extra-curricular activities conducted in each department.
i) List of faculty advisers with number of students under each faculty member.
j) How many tutorial classes have already been conducted for each subject and
how many teachers were involved for each tutorial class.
k) List special classes conducted if any by experts / industrialists in any
department.
l) List of assignments already given in each subject and the status of submission
of such assignments. List the names of students who have not submitted.
m) Attendance record as on the previous date of this auditing and list the names
of students who lack attendance in both theory and lab classes.
n) List the subjects where power point presentation is followed.
o) What are the forthcoming important events to be conducted in each
department?
p) Produce the minutes of the class committee / course committee meetings
conducted during this semester.
q) Produce the question papers of the first series test on each subject.
r) Is the valuation complete for the series test? If yes, produce the mark list. If
not, what is the reason for the delay in valuation?
s) Uploading of monthly reports for previous months.
