GO LOCO WITH NEW ARTIST KALI UCHIS

Colombian singer plans major record release party with Interscope and iHeartRadio

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Interscope Records has teamed up with iHeartRadio to host a music
festival in celebration of newly signed artist Kali Uchis. The three-hour event is free and will
take place on December 23, 2017 from 11 A.M. - 2 P.M at Santa Monica pier. Uchis is planning
to perform hits from the new album along with special guest appearances throughout the day and
evening. Music fans from across the globe are encouraged to wear their favorite merchandise to
the event.
John Janick, CEO of Interscope Records released a statement via Twitter stating that he is
Happy to welcome Kali Uchis to the Interscope family. Janick will be present at the release
party on December 23. Artist merchandise will be sold at the event along with food and
beverages.
Kali Uchis was born on July 17, 1993 in Virginia. She was first introduced to music at 17
and played the saxophone in high school. Uchis released a mixtape after graduation which
caught the attention of artists such as Snoop Dogg and Tyler The Creator. Uchis currently resides
in Los Angeles and is preparing for the release of her debut album.
