2. Each participant must be:
a. In full costume (of the nation he/she is representing). b. Holding a flag of the country he/she is representing (Preschool-elementary only) c. Having a number pinned on the participants sash(Preschool, Kindergarten and Elementary).
3. Criteria for judging for Best in United Nations Costume contest (Male and Female categories) are as follows:

the country being represented (Is the participant wearing the appropriate 50% costume of the country he/she is representing? Are all parts/items of the costume relevant and coherent?) b. Creativity of costume(Mix and match of apparel and accessories which still adhere 30% to the country being represented) c. Overall Appeal 20%
