To Whom It May Concern:

Jerry Sigala was a great employee. He was always on time, and had a positive
attitude each day. Mr. Sigala was always a team player, helped others, and
succeeded no matter how hard the job was. If he would have stayed here, I
would have promoted him to a student head position.

Mr. Sigala was often given tasks to complete on his own and excelled. He
shows promise and dedication to his work and non-other. He worked well with
his co-workers and lead the pack on certain days. Mr. Sigala is a trustworthy
individual who was counted on to complete tasks regardless of the difficulty.

I highly recommend Jerry Sigala as a valuable candidate for acceptance into the
education program of the University of Texas at El Paso.
